Refunds/Cancellations

Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

Cancellations received until and including April 30, 2026 – up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 100 EUR deduction for administrative expenses.
From May 07, 2026 – No refund will be made
Discounted Registrations: Registrations are transferable but non-refundable.

For authors, their paper will be published in the conference proceedings regardless of cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the cancellation notification.

FAQ

Can I edit my registration details after payment?

Yes! If you need to update your details (name, institution, email, etc.), please email us at [email protected] with your request.

When and how will I receive my access to the virtual platform?

You will receive an email with your login details and access instructions 1 week before the event. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it!

Can I receive a certificate of participation?

Yes! All registered attendees will receive a digital certificate of participation after the event. Certificates will be emailed within 5-7 business days post-event.

How can I check the status of my registration?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours through email. Keep an eye on the spam/junk folders.

Will session recordings be available if I miss a live presentation?

Yes! Registered attendees will have access to session recordings on-demand for a limited time after the event. Details will be shared via email.

Are there any discounts or fee waivers available?

We offer limited discounts and fee waivers for eligible participants, including:

Early-career researchers & students – Reduced registration rates available.
Low- & middle-income country (LMIC) attendees – Partial or full fee waivers on a case-by-case basis.
Invited speakers & special contributors – May qualify for complimentary registration.
